Overview
Autopilot Mode intelligently selects the best outbound number for each call by matching DIDs to carrier reputation, helping maintain clean, unflagged phone numbers and improving contact rates. Autopilot Mode uses categorized DIDs based on their reputation across major carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon). Readymode iQ can identify a lead’s carrier with high confidence and select a verified, clean number on that carrier. For example, using a Verizon-clean DID for a Verizon number. Autopilot Mode automatically selects the most suitable DID for each call to improve deliverability and reduce carrier filtering. After narrowing down eligible DIDs, the system applies the following logic:
When the lead’s carrier is known (ATT, T-Mobile, or Verizon), the system selects DIDs that are specifically clean for that carrier. If multiple groups qualify, it chooses the group that is less clean but still acceptable, helping preserve fully clean DIDs for broader use.
When the lead’s carrier is unknown, the system selects the cleanest available DIDs to maximize call success.
This approach ensures that DIDs are used efficiently based on carrier match.
Navigating Autopilot Mode
To view your current Autopilot Mode settings:
In Readymode iQ, navigate to Advanced > Settings.

If you are not currently using Autopilot Smart Mode by default, Readymode can refresh your account settings. For more information, contact [email protected].
DID Selection Logic
Autopilot Mode increases the likelihood that a clean DID is shown when calling a lead, reducing the chance of being flagged by the carrier. When a call is initiated, Readymode iQ selects a DID using the following logic:
From a larger list, the system selects a subset of DIDs based on geographic proximity matching and groups these DIDs together.
Within that group, the system looks for a DID known to be clean for the lead’s specific carrier. If none are found, all proximity-matched DIDs are considered and given equal priority.
The filtered DIDs are auto-rotated and prioritized based on usage, and a single DID is selected.
For leads whose carrier is not recognized as AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon, the system uses a DID that is clean on all carriers. The DID Reputation page displays the cleanliness of the provided DIDs. To view DID reputations:
In Readymode iQ, click DID Management > DID Reputation.
The following will be shown on the DID Reputation page:
Enabling Autopilot Mode
Enabling Autopilot Mode requires changes to the Playlists page in Readymode iQ. For Playlists, the default rule's Autopilot setting applies whenever no specific cadencing rule matches the call attempt. For instance, if a call attempt lacks a matching rule, the default autopilot takes over. However, any matching cadencing rule overrides this with its own Autopilot setting. For example, disabling Autopilot in a rule for the first attempt, even if the default has Autopilot enabled. To enable Autopilot Mode at the playlist level:
In Readymode iQ, navigate to General > Playlists.
Click to select a playlist from the table.
Set the Autopilot toggle to On.

To enable Autopilot Mode at the custom rule level:
In Readymode iQ, navigate to General > Playlists.
Click to select a playlist from the table.
On the custom rule, set the Autopilot toggle to On.

Turning this toggle on enables Autopilot Mode for that custom rule only. Other rules continue to follow the DID selection logic of their existing settings.
