Interested in learning about Scripts? You're in the right place.
Scripts in ReadyMode enable you to provide your Agents with written guidance for handling calls. They are displayed in the Profile Tabs area when viewing a Lead Profile.
Scripts can be modified using Configuration Options. They can also be connected to CRM Fields by using Variables to transfer data.
Navigating to Scripts
To view and manage Scripts, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.
Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.
Under Settings, select Agent Options to open Profile Features.
Under Profile Features, scroll to the Profile Tabs section to manage or create Scripts.
