How to Configure Scripts in Readymode

Configuring Scripts


Using Configuration Options, you can adjust the functionality of your Scripts.


To view Configuration Options, first navigate to Scripts. Next, create or edit a Script to view the following:


Note: Changes made to Scripts will be saved automatically.

Script Name


The Script Name will appear on your Profile Tabs for Agents to refer to when handling a call.


Quick Tip: We recommend choosing something short and easy for your Agents to understand.

Display Restrictions


Using the Display Restrictions drop-down menu, you can restrict a Script to only appear on specific Campaigns, or to Users in specific Folders by selecting them in the menu.


Note: If you want a Script to appear for all Campaigns and Users, do not select any Campaigns or Users Folders here.

Formatting Options


Using Formatting Options, you can change the appearance of the text in the Script Body and add formatting, links and images.



Available options:

Remove FormattingRemove formatting from selected text.

Asset Manager ImagesUpload images in bulk to create an image gallery to choose from later.
Add LinkAdd a HTML link.
Remove LinkRemove a HTML link.
Edit Source CodeEdit the HTML Source Code.
Maximize WindowEnlarge the Script Body to fill the entire screen.



Script Body


The Script Body is the text your Agents will see when they view the Script. You can type or paste your text here and modify it using Formatting Options.

Quick Tip: Using Variables, you can customize your Script with data from your CRM Fields. Learn more about Variables here.
