Configuring Campaigns

Within Campaigns, you'll find several options to customize them using these configuration options. Changes to these options will be saved automatically. To access these options, first navigate to Campaigns.

Campaign Settings

Campaign Settings allow you to assign certain resources to a specific Campaign - for example, Phone Numbers, Scripts and Call Results.

Note: Assigning resources to a Campaign will sometimes mean that they will be locked to that Campaign, and will not be available on other Campaigns. See the details noted on each type of resource below.

Campaign Name

To change the name of a Campaign, click on the Name field and enter a new name.

Campaign Variables

You can use Campaign Variables to place Campaign-specific information into Scripts or Email Templates. Learn more about using Variables here.

Notes about naming your Campaign Variable:

  • The characters _ : ' " @ and . cannot be used in a Campaign Variable Name.

To create a new Campaign Variable, click the +Add a new variable button.
