You can use Availability Modes to tell Readymode that you are ready to take calls, or to pause if you need a break.
Using Availability Modes
The Availability Modes feature allows you to control how you receive calls. Choosing various modes will allow you to take both outbound calls from the AI Dialer and inbound calls, or take inbound calls only, or pause dialing.
How to Switch Modes
You can find the Availability Modes drop-down menu at the top of your screen next to Search. To switch modes, click on the menu and select a different mode.
