Creating Availability Modes
ReadyMode enables you to create new Availability Modes for your Agents to effectively log their time.
Create a New Availability Mode
Navigate to Availability Modes and click the Add a new availability mode link.
Set up your new Availability Mode using the available Configuration Options (1) and click the Save button (2) when done.
You'll now see your new Availability Mode in the list.
Note: New Availability Modes will not be visible to Users under the Availability Mode drop-down menu until they log out and log back in.
