Readymode iQ: Gateway Requirements and General Navigation

Discover the requirements and learn how to utilize Readymode iQ effectively.


Introduction


The Readymode iQ portal is a centralized and user-friendly interface that allows you to manage the full range of Readymode features efficiently. Designed with ease of use in mind, the portal provides access to multiple modules and functionalities that support daily administrative tasks and strategic planning.


You can take advantage of:


  • DID Management Tools – Monitor your phone number health, see which DIDs are flagged by a major carrier, and update DID settings all from one location. 
  • Campaign Module – Offers an extra level of customization for your campaigns, allowing you to fine-tune your outreach with custom rules and cadences for specific call outcomes. 
  • Disposition Module  – View and configure your call results.
  • Reporting and Insights – Access comprehensive reports that provide valuable data insights to help guide decision-making.



By utilizing the various modules within Readymode iQ, you can streamline workflows, ensuring more accurate call routing, and enable your teams to maximize the effectiveness of their outbound and inbound dialing efforts.




Gateway and Administrator Requirements


Gateway Requirements

 

For you to gain access to Readymode iQ, you must have the following:


  • An active Readymode gateway.
  • Opted In to Readymode iQ



Note: For details on opting in, please get in touch with our Sales department. 


Admin User Requirements


As an Administrator, you must ensure that your user is Active and that you have the Manage VOIP permission.


  1. Log in to the Readymode application as an Admin user.
  2. On the Dashboard page, go to the Manage section and select License Usage.
  3. All active users are listed in the Users section.

To configure the Manage VOIP permission:


  1. Log in to Readymode as an Admin user.
  2. On the User Management page, in the Admin section, select your username..
  3. Go to the Inherited from 'Default" section on the right side of the page.
  4. In the Communication section, ensure that 'Manage VOIP' is checked (selected).

Logging In and Logging Out

Logging In



Enter the direct link in your browser: iq.readymode.com.

On the login page, enter your assigned Credentials (1) - Gateway, Username, and Password - correctly and then click on Sign In (2)


All three fields are mandatory and case-sensitive.

Tip: Toggle the Eye icon to view or hide your password.




Login Error Scenarios


The app will display an error message if you enter your credentials incorrectly, for example: 


  • Entering an incorrect Gateway, Username, or Password 
  • Omitting one or more of the three login fields

Logging Out


At the top right of the portal page is a link to the Settings module. 


To log out, go to the Settings module (1) and then click Logout (2). You will be redirected to the Login page.

Note: If there's no activity for 24 hours, any new action logs you out and redirects you to the Login page. 




There are multiple main modules in Readymode iQ. They can be navigated using the Menu buttons on the left of the portal page: 


  • DID Management (default) - View your phone number health and configure your phone groups and 
  • General - You can access your campaigns, dispositions, and playlists from here.
  • Insights - Provides advanced reporting.
  • Advanced - Configure Machine Detection and Autopilot settings.
  • Other upcoming features

Insights


Two reporting features are available by default for customers when they upgrade to Readymode iQ. 


  • Contact & Conversion
  • Outbound


Additional advanced reporting features and capabilities can be unlocked with extra permissions. These advanced reports provide deeper insights into dialing activity and agent performance, offering both high-level summaries and detailed views that help improve overall dialing efficiency.


  • Agent Dispositions
  • DID Status



Home Page Menu


At the top right of the portal page is a link to the Settings module. Here you can change the 

default language and theme for the portal. There are also links to log out and view the Readymode iQ knowledge base.



Click Settings (1) to access different theme options. 


Click the Help (2) icon to access the Readymode Help Center.
