Readymode iQ Gateway Requirements and General Navigation

Overview

The Readymode iQ supports daily administrative tasks and strategic planning in Readymode.

Administrators can access and configure:

  • DID Management Tools – Easily monitor and update DID settings from one location.
  • Reporting and Insights – Access comprehensive reports that provide valuable data insights to help guide decision-making.
  • Strategic Optimization – Use available metrics to refine dialing strategies, improve call performance, and enhance operational efficiency.


By leveraging the modules in Readymode iQ, administrators can streamline workflows, ensure more accurate call routing, and enable their teams to maximize the effectiveness of their outbound and inbound dialing efforts.


Gateway and Administrator Requirements

A Readymode gateway is a client application instance that allows you to access both Readymode Starter and Readymode iQ. This is represented as a subdomain of the Readymode iQ URL, for example, "mycompany.readymode.com". 


Gateway Requirements

The following three criteria are required at the gateway level:

  • An active Readymode gateway.
  • Opted In to Readymode iQ.
  • Must be a Paying account.

To check whether a user is active:

  1. Log in to the Readymode Starter as an Admin user.
  2. On the Dashboard page, go to the Manage section and select License Usage.
  3. All active users are listed in the Users section. 


The following Admin User must have the Manage VOIP permission enabled before using Readymode iQ. To configure the Manage VOIP permission:

  1. Log in to Readymode Starter as an Admin user.
  2. On the User Management page, in the Admin section, select your username.
  3. Go to the Inherited from Default section on the right side of the page.
  4. In the Communication section, make sure that Manage VOIP is enabled.

Logging In and Logging Out

To log in enter your assigned credentials:

  • Gateway
  • Username
  • Password

All three fields are mandatory and case sensitive. The app will display an error message if you enter your credentials incorrectly. If you need further assistance, please contact our Technical Support team at [email protected].


Logging Out

At the top right of the portal page is your profile.  To log out:

  1. In Readymode iQ, navigate to your profile in the top right corner.
  2. Click to expand the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Settings > Logout.


You will be redirected to the Login page. If there is no activity in the application for 24 hours, any subsequent action will automatically log you out and redirect you to the Login page.


There are multiple main modules in Readymode iQ. They can be navigated using the Menu buttons on the left of the portal page: 


  • DID Management (default) - View your phone number health and configure your phone groups and 
  • General - You can access your campaigns, dispositions, and playlists.
  • Insights - Provides advanced reporting.
  • Advanced - Configure additional features like Machine Detection and Autopilot settings.

Home Page Menu


At the top right of the portal page is a link to the Settings module. Here you can change the 

default language and theme for the portal. There are also links to log out and view the Readymode iQ knowledge base.

  • Click Settings (1) to access different theme options. 
  • Click the Help (2) icon to access the Readymode Help Center.
