About VOIP
ReadyMode's VOIP features enable you to effectively manage your VOIP system using IVRs, Inbound Queues, Phone Numbers/Caller ID and other settings.
Navigating to VOIP
To view and manage VOIP features, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.
Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.
Under Settings, select VOIP to open VOIP features.
You'll now see the following features:
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR) (1)
- Inbound Queues (2)
- Phone Numbers / Caller ID (3)
- VOIP Settings (4)
