How to Create Playlists in Readymode

About Playlists


Playlists enable you to segment and prioritize the leads in your General Leads Queue according to criteria you select, such as Campaign, location or number or times called.


Note: Currently, Playlist functionality is only available on the General Leads Queue. Playlist functionality will not work on Second Level Queues. If you have any questions, please contact Technical Support.



View Playlists


Playlists are located under the General Leads Queue. First, navigate to Queues. Next, open the General Leads Queue (1) and click on the Members Tab (2).

You'll see your Playlists listed below.
