How to Assign Members to a Queue in Readymode

Modified on Thu, Nov 6 at 6:22 AM

Learn how to add Users to a Queue so they can handle calls.

Assigning Members to a Queue

Users must be assigned to a Queue as Members in order to handle calls from that Queue.

For Inbound Queues, Action Folder Queues and Dialer Queues, Members are assigned directly to the Queue. For the General Leads Dialer Queue, Members can also be assigned to the Playlists within the Queue.

Assign Members to a Queue

Navigate to the Queue and open the Members tab. Next to Members, click on the Add a queue member drop-down menu to see a list containing User Groups, Folders and individual Users. Choose one of the options to add those Members.

You'll now see your Members added to the Queue. Now you can decide how they receive calls by adjusting their configuration options.

Assign Members to a Playlist

For the General Leads Dialer Queue, you'll have the option to add Playlists. Once your Playlists are added, you'll need to add Members to each Playlist.

Navigate to the General Leads Queue and open the Members tab. On each Playlist, click on the Add a queue member drop-down menu to see a list containing User Groups, Folders and individual Users. Choose one of the options to add those Members.
