About the AI Dialer
The AI Dialer is ReadyMode's smart dialer application. The AI Dialer dials Leads and connects an available Agent once the Lead picks up. Learn more about the process of calling Leads using the AI Dialer here.
Using the Lead Distribution Settings, you can adjust the Do Not Call (DNC) Rules, the Consent/Opt-In Timeframe, and adjust the Background Dialing Speed to optimize how Leads are distributed to your Agents.
Note: To use the AI Dialer, Users must have AI Dialer Permissions enabled, and be assigned as a Queue Member to a Dialer Queue.
Navigating to Lead Distribution Settings
To view and manage Lead Distribution Settings, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.
Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.
Under Settings, select Lead distribution.
