Want to manage Call Recording, Ringtones or other settings? You'll find options here.

Configuring VOIP Settings

Using these VOIP Settings, you can customize the call experience for your Agents and Leads.

Call Recording and Monitoring

These settings enable you to decide how call recording and monitoring are handled.

  • Record all calls (1) - If checked, all calls will be recorded.
  • Display Monitoring (2) - If checked, the Agent will receive a notification when one of their calls is being monitored. The notification will include the name of the User who is monitoring.
  • Display Anonymously (3) - If checked, the Agent will receive a notification when one of their calls is being monitored. The notification will not include the name of the User who is monitoring.

Note: Record all calls (1) is locked to enabled by default. If you want to configure it, please contact our Compliance department at [email protected].

DNC Announcement

This setting enables Readymode to alert the Agent if they manually dial a number that is on the DNC List.

Default Ringtone

Using this option, you can add a custom audio recording to play as your Ringtone, instead of Readymode's Default Ringtone.

Uploading a Custom Audio File

Use the drag and drop function to upload a file.

Once you upload your file, click on it to select it. This tells Readymode which file to use. An orange outline will appear on the selected file.

Managing Ringtones

You can use the options available to manage your Ringtones:

  • Play button (1) - Play the recording.
  • Volume slider (2) - Adjust the playback volume.
  • Remove button (3) - Remove the recording.

Quick Tip: You can assign Ringtones to a Queue using Configuration Options.

Hold Music

Using this option, you can add a custom audio recording to play for calls on hold, instead of Readymode's Default Hold Music.

Uploading a Custom Audio File

Use the drag and drop function to upload a file.

Note: The "Reduce volume of uploaded files" setting should be checked before uploading music files. It can be left unchecked for voice files.

  • Volume slider (2) - Adjust the playback volume.
  • Remove button (3) - Remove the recording.
