Creating Email Templates in Readymode

Creating Email Templates


Readymode enables you to create new Email Templates for your Agents to use.


First, navigate to Templates and click the New icon

Select New Email Template from the resources available.

Set up your new Template using the available Configuration Options. Changes will be saved automatically.

You'll now see your new Template in the Folder:
