About Profile Tabs
Profile Tabs are displayed when you open a Lead Profile. These Tabs display helpful information that your Agents can refer to when handling calls.
Using Configuration Options, you can customize which Tabs are displayed and what information is shown.
Navigate to Profile Tabs
To view and manage Profile Tabs, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.
Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.
Under Settings, select Agent Options to open Profile Features.
Under Profile Features, scroll to the Profile Tabs section to view your Tabs.
