How to Create Custom CRM Fields in Readymode

Looking for a way to store more information in your CRM? You can use Custom Fields!



Creating Custom CRM Fields


Custom Fields are a great way to store additional data about your Leads in your CRM. You can create as many Custom Fields as needed.



Create a New Custom CRM Field


To create a new Custom CRM Field, navigate to CRM Fields and select the Add a new field link.

Adjust the Configuration Options (1) to suit the purpose of the Field, and click the Save button (2) when done.

You'll now see your new Custom Field in the Manage Fields list.


Using the management options, you can adjust how it is displayed, and edit it if you need to make changes.
